Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a liquid material discharge device capable of follow the movement of a valve element, without using a strong spring, through the high-speed operation of an actuator. [Solution] A liquid material discharge device comprising: a valve bar 105 having a contact portion and a valve body provided to a tip portion, a liquid chamber in which the valve body moves back and forth, a nozzle that communicates with the liquid chamber, a valve seat 108 having a hole that communicates with the liquid chamber and the nozzle, and arm 121 that separably contacts the valve bar, and a valve drive device that moves the valve body back and forth with respect to the valve seat by rotating the arm 121. The liquid material discharge device is further provided with a coupling device 201 that couples the valve bar 105 to the arm 121, said coupling device 201 being equipped with a pushing portion that pushes the contact portion against the arm 121.
