Abstract:
A liquid metering device, a metering and feeding system and a mixing station. The liquid metering device comprises: a first metering hopper (102), a second metering hopper (104) and a first weighing sensor (106) for weighing the first metering hopper (102) and the second metering hopper (104) together. The second metering hopper (104) is in communication with the first metering hopper (102) by means of an overflow port provided at the upper part or the top of the second metering hopper; a first discharge pipe (108) is connected to a bottom outlet of the first metering hopper (102), and a first switch valve (110) is provided on the first discharge pipe (108); and a second discharge pipe (112) is connected to a bottom outlet of the second metering hopper (104), and a second switch valve (114) is provided on the second discharge pipe (112). The liquid metering device can dilute an admixture by means of water, and can deduct water individually, and the amount of admixture fed is not affected in the process of water deduction, thereby guaranteeing the accurate ratio of each raw material and guaranteeing the quality of a finally produced product.
