Abstract:
A liquid metering device and use thereof in a microfluidic chip. The liquid metering device comprises a base and a liquid metering zone (100) provided on the base. The liquid metering zone (100) has a predetermined volume, and two ends of the liquid metering zone (100) are respectively provided with a liquid metering inlet (101) and a liquid metering outlet (102), liquid flowing from the liquid metering inlet (101) into the liquid metering zone (100), and reaching the liquid metering outlet (102) after the liquid metering zone (100) has been filled with the liquid. A liquid identification device is provided at a corresponding position of the liquid metering outlet (102), and used for identifying the liquid reaching the liquid metering outlet (102).
