This invention provides a liquid packaging bag, which can easily be opened, can realize a good open state, and can prevent liquid dripping and spreading in the spouting of the packed object. The liquid packaging bag has been produced by folding back a laminated film comprising at least a base film layer and a sealant layer in the widthwise direction so that, upon folding-back, the sealant layers face each other, then mutually heat sealing the side edges lengthwise, and conducting lateral sealing of the upper and lower ends. This packaging bag is provided with a narrow-width spout passage, which has not been heat sealed lengthwise in the upper lateral sealing part and is in communication with a packing object receiving space, provided in any one folding-back corner part, and an arc or straight tear inducing flaw which is provided from the upper end edge of the upper end lateral seal part toward one corner part of the spout passage.
