Abstract:
A surplus flow control unit (50) controls an inverter (6): in a manner such that when the flow discharged from a pump (1) is a high flow, the surplus flow from a relief valve (3) is a low surplus flow; and in a manner such that when the flow discharged from the pump (1) is a low flow that is lower than the high flow, the surplus flow from the relief valve (3) is a high surplus flow that is higher than the low surplus flow.
