An elastic partition member having a relief valve that is integrally provided to a movable diaphragm outer peripheral section for supporting the outer periphery of an elastic movable diaphragm is configured so that, when the relief valve opens, the relief valve is elastically deformed to a sufficiently large extent to increase the cross-sectional area of a leakage passage. A circular elastic partition member (30) is integrally provided with: an elastic movable diaphragm (32); a thick-walled movable diaphragm outer peripheral section (34) surrounding the outer periphery of the elastic movable diaphragm (32); and a relief valve (36) protruding outward from the movable diaphragm outer peripheral section (34). An upper circular arc-shaped protrusion (34b) protruding upward is provided to the upper part of the movable diaphragm outer peripheral section (34), and the protrusion (34b) is affixed by an affixing section (29e) provided to an upper member (20a) constituting a partition section (20). A portion in the vicinity of the base (52) of the relief valve (36) is formed as a rectilinear non-supported section (34a) flush with the elastic movable diaphragm (32), and the base (52) is formed in a rectilinear shape conforming to the shape of the non-supported section (34a). When the relief valve (36) opens, the relief valve (36) bends easily because the base (52) is rectilinearly shaped, and the relief valve (36) can elastically deform to a position above the non-supported section (34a).
