According to the present invention, relief valves for preventing a cavitation phenomenon from occurring in a movable membrane are provided with both: adequate stiffness to avoid deformation during normal vibration input so as to prevent leakage; and ease of valve-opening so that deformation promptly occurs during abnormal vibration input so as to enable a large amount of leakage. The relief valves (33) are integrally provided to an elastic partition member (30) provided in a partition member (6), the leak passage (49) is opened or closed, and a cavitation phenomenon is prevented from occurring. The relief valves (33) are crescent-shaped and provided as a pair facing each other on the outer periphery of the elliptical movable membrane (31). The crescent shape of each of the relief valves (33) is formed by the inner periphery side having an elliptical arc shape and the outer periphery side having an arc shape. The valve length of each of the relief valves (33) changes in the length direction, and is at a maximum at the lengthwise intermediate section (P), and the lengthwise intermediate section (P) readily deforms during abnormal vibration input. Toward the lengthwise end sections (Q), the valve length decreases and the stiffness increases, preventing leakage during normal vibration input.
