A liquid spray device capable of eliminating a need for separately installing a chemical feeding means, reducing a cost, increasing a reliability and a durability, and easily performing an operation for maintenance, comprising a bottle unit (30) having a bottle part (31) for storing chemical (L), a horn vibrator (40) having a tip part (41) allowing the chemical (L) in the bottle part (31) to be fed thereto, and a mesh member (1) with a plurality of pores disposed on the horn vibrator (40) in slidable contact with the end face of the tip part (41) thereof, the bottle part (31) further comprising a large capacity portion (B) and a small capacity portion (b) communicating with the large capacity portion (B) through an opening (32) and opposed to the tip part (41) of the horn vibrator (40), wherein the small capacity portion (b) is formed so that the liquid (L') contained therein comes into contact with the tip part (41) of the horn vibrator (40) and the mesh member (1) near the contact part thereof.
