Abstract:
A liquid storage element (100). The liquid storage element (100) is used for storing and releasing a liquid in a writing tool (1); the liquid storage element (100) is made by bonding bicomponent fibers (2), and has a three-dimensional network stereostructure inside; each bicomponent fiber (2) has a skin layer (21) and a core layer (22); the liquid storage element (100) transfers the liquid to a writing tip (50) of the writing tool (1) or transfers the liquid to the writing tip (50) of the writing tool (1) by means of a liquid guide core (31) of the writing tool (1).
