Abstract:
A liquid supply device (10) continuously discharges liquid by linearly reciprocating plungers (13a, 13b) in such a manner that the phases thereof are displaced relative to each other in the axial direction, the plungers (13a, 13b) respectively expanding and contracting pump chambers (11a, 11b). Drive rods (24a, 24b) are mounted to a pump block (23) so as to be capable of reciprocating in the axial direction. Drive rollers (33a, 33b) are mounted at the axial centers of shafts (32a, 32b) mounted to the drive rods (24a, 24b), and guide rollers (35a, 35b) are mounted at both ends of the shafts (32a, 32b). Guide grooves for supporting the guide rollers (35a, 35b) are formed in guide blocks (37a, 37b).
