Abstract:
This liquid supply device (10) that supplies a liquid contained in a liquid tank 11 to an applicator 13 has a first pump 21 and a second pump 22 that are provided in a liquid supply channel 12, wherein the liquid flowing toward the applicator 13 is filtered by a filter 14. A return flow path 15 is provided that returns the liquid that has been filtered by the filter 14 to the liquid tank 11, a flow path open/close valve 23 is provided between the first pump 21 and the second pump 22, and switching is performed between an applying mode in which the liquid is supplied to the applicator 13 and the supply of the liquid to the return flow path 15 is stopped, and a return mode in which the liquid is supplied to the return flow path 15 and the supply of the liquid to the applicator 13 is stopped.
