Abstract:
Provided is a liquid supply system which makes it possible to shorten the time spent on precooling and thus shorten the time needed until a pump can be activated. The system is characterized in that: a vessel (130) is provided with a first case part (131) in which flow passages are formed that pass through a first pump chamber (P1) and a second pump chamber (P2), and a second case part (132) which is provided so as to surround the outer wall surface of the first case part (131); and the space (fourth space K4) between the first case part (131) and the second case part (132) is configured such that an ultralow temperature liquid for precooling can flow therethrough.
