Abstract:
The present invention simplifies solid-state nanopore sequencer arraying and includes a step for introducing a solution between a substrate with a membrane that is provided so as to cover an opening part and a substrate with an independent electrode, a step for adhering the substrate with the membrane and the substrate with the independent electrode through pressing such that there is a wall therebetween, and a step for forming a sealed liquid tank that is at least surrounded by the membrane and the wall through adhesion by pressing.
