Abstract:
A liquid-trap and filled-piston based liquid seal energy accumulator and hydraulic system thereof, the liquid seal energy accumulator comprising a piston cylinder and a high pressure gas tank; when the piston moves to the top of the piston cylinder, the pressure liquid leaking and accumulating on the top of the piston is timely cleared by flowing into the gas tank through a gas/liquid channel, and the increase of the pressure liquid accumulating at the bottom of the gas tank lifts a floater; and when the floater touches a liquid trap sensor, a signal is sent to activate an electronic control valve, enabling the leaking pressure liquid to flow back to a liquid receiving drum through a leakage tube.
