Abstract:
The present application provides a lithium adsorbent and a preparation method therefor and a lithium ion extraction method. The lithium adsorbent comprises hydroxycarbonate of which the chemical formula is DGCO3(OH)2, wherein D is selected from any one of NH4
+, Na+, and K+, and G is selected from any one of Al3+, Fe3+, Cr3+, and Ga3+. The preparation method comprises: constructing a reaction system comprising D ions, G ions, and carbonate and/or bicarbonate ions; and carrying out a precipitation reaction to obtain the lithium adsorbent. The lithium adsorbent of the present application is prepared without a lithium source, raw materials required for preparation are easy to obtain, and costs are low; the prepared lithium adsorbent has low solution loss rate, a long cycle life, high selectivity (not adsorbing boron anions), and a high adsorption capacity; when lithium ion extraction is performed by using the lithium adsorbent of the present application, the adsorption and desorption speed is high, acid-base regeneration is not needed, and environmental friendliness and good economic benefits are achieved.
