A lithium battery explosion-proof box device, comprising a box body (100) and a box cover (200). A scissor-type lifting/lowering device (300) is provided in the box body (100). A placement plate (400) is provided on the upper side of the scissor-type lifting/lowering device (300). The lithium battery explosion-proof box device further comprises a driving structure (500), configured to control the scissor-type lifting/lowering device (300) and connected to a control device (600). According to the lithium battery explosion-proof box device, the scissor-type lifting/lowering device (300) is provided in the box body (100), the placement plate (400) can be lifted by means of the scissor-type lifting/lowering device (300) to serve as an operation platform for overhauling a faulted battery pack, the placement plate (400) can also be lowered to serve as a packaging box of a battery pack for logistics transportation, the structure is simple and easy to use, the lifting/lowering process is stable enough, and the safety of the battery pack is greatly improved.
