Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a lithium cell, characterized in that it comprises applying ion shock, high electric voltage (for example, about 400 V) or the like to the surface of a solid electrolyte containing a lithium ion such as Li3.4V0.6Si0.4O4 (it may be crystalline or glassy) or a Li-Ti-Al-P-O based glass solid electrolyte, to thereby give rise to a reaction of the surface of the solid electrolyte and form an electrode active material on the surface, and it provides a cell which comprises the solid electrolyte and, formed continuously at least one side thereof, an electrode active material comprising a decomposition product of the solid electrolyte; a lithium cell manufactured by the method; and a set of cells manufactured through piling the above lithium cells. The above lithium cell is a fully solid lithium cell which exhibits a reduced internal resistance and can be manufactured at a low cost.
