Abstract:
Provided is a lithium complex oxide sintered body plate that is used for a positive electrode of a lithium secondary battery, wherein the lithium complex oxide sintered body plate has a structure in which a plurality of primary particles having a layered rock-salt structure are joined, the porosity is 3-30%, the average pore diameter is less than or equal to 15μm, the open pore ratio is greater than or equal to 70%, the thickness is 40-200μm, the primary particle diameter, which is the average particle diameter of the plurality of primary particles, is less than or equal to 20μm, the number of peaks in the pore diameter distribution is 1, and the volume-based D10, D50, and D90 pore diameters satisfy the relationships D50/D10≥2.5, D90/D50≥2.5, and D90/D10≥8.0. The present invention provides a thick lithium complex oxide sintered body plate that has a high energy density while also being able to exhibit superior properties such as bending resistance and quick chargeability when incorporated into a lithium secondary battery as a positive electrode.
