Abstract:
Provided is a lithium hydroxide preparation method, comprising: A. performing co-precipitation on a salt lake brine lithium extraction mother liquor by using an aluminum salt solution and a sodium hydroxide solution, performing solid-liquid separation after aging, and performing washing and drying to obtain lithium aluminum hydrotalcite; B. acidifying the lithium aluminum hydrotalcite to obtain a lithium aluminate solution; C. sequentially subjecting the lithium aluminate solution to nanofiltration aluminum-lithium separation and reverse osmosis first concentration to obtain a primary concentrated lithium-rich solution; D. performing deep aluminum removal on the lithium-rich solution to obtain an aluminum-removed lithium-rich solution; E. performing bipolar membrane electrodialysis on the aluminum-removed lithium-rich solution to obtain a secondary concentrated lithium-rich solution; and F. performing evaporation concentration on the secondary concentrated lithium-rich solution to obtain lithium hydroxide. According to the method, lithium aluminum hydrotalcite is first prepared by using a salt lake brine lithium extraction mother liquor containing lithium carbonate as a raw material, then lithium ions are transferred to an aqueous solution by means of acidification to separate the lithium ions from impurity ions, and aluminum removal, bipolar membrane electrodialysis and concentration are performed to obtain lithium hydroxide; lithium resources are fully utilized and the resource utilization is improved.
