Abstract:
Provided are a lithium ion battery positive electrode material and a preparation method therefor, and a lithium ion battery. The positive electrode material contains ternary material particles which have spherical structures, and the spherical structures contain a petal-like sheet layer unit, the petal-like sheet layer unit meeting at least one of the following conditions: the sheet layer thickness of the petal-like sheet layer unit is 150-300 nm, and the area of the surface perpendicular to the sheet layer thickness direction is 60000-300000 nm2.
