Abstract:
The present invention provides a lithium-ion battery separator and a preparation method therefor. The separator comprises an organic polymer the mass fraction of which ranges from 0.2% to 1%, and an inorganic material, and the thickness of the separator ranges 15 μm to 60 μm. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a coating material: dissolving an organic polymer and an inorganic material into a solvent to prepare a slurry coating material; 2) performing coating and drying: coating the slurry prepared in step 1) to the surface of a polar plate of a battery by the thickness of 10 μm to 20 μm, and carrying out drying for 8 h to 12 h at the temperature 30ºC to 50ºC and at the temperature of 50ºC to 80ºC ;3) repeating step 2) one to three times; and 4) performing vacuum drying on the polar plate of the battery obtained in step 3) for 5 h to 10 h at the temperature of 70ºC. The Lithium-ion battery separator in the present invention has a higher charge and discharge capacity and a better cycle performance, has a simple preparation method and low costs, and can be used in mass industrial production.
