Abstract:
A lithium ion battery, comprising a winding core and a tab. The winding core is formed by stacking and winding an inner separator, a first pole piece, an outer separator, and a second pole piece. The inner separator is located in the innermost layer of the winding core. The inner and outer separators are both provided with a clamping section, a first straight section, and a tail fitting section. The first straight section is located before the first pole piece. The tail fitting section is a tail end of a separator. The inner separator is provided with a first inner layer fitting section. The clamping section, the first straight section, and the tail fitting section of the inner separator are respectively fitted to the clamping section, the first straight section, and the tail fitting section of the outer separator. The first inner layer fitting section of the inner separator is fitted to the inner separator and the inner separator. The wet stripping force on an adhesive surface of the first inner layer fitting section of the inner separator is greater than or equal to 2 N/m, and the wet stripping force on a ceramic surface of the first inner layer fitting section of the inner separator is greater than or equal to 1 N/m. According to the present invention, a separator having a better bonding strength is selected on the basis of the wet stripping force to prepare a battery core, so that the optimal output of the bonding strength is achieved, and thus a battery having good hardness and good performance is output.
