Disclosed is a technology that can suppress deterioration of charging/discharging characteristics as much as possible when cracking has occurred in an electrolyte layer and/or an electrode in a lithium-ion battery. In the technology of the present disclosure, a prescribed lithium ion conductor is included in an electrolyte layer and/or an electrode of a lithium-ion battery. This lithium ion conductor includes a composite halogen compound that is represented by LiGaX4 (where X is one or more types of halogen).
