Abstract:
Provided is a control device for controlling a lithium ion secondary battery, the control device provided with a control unit which detects a charge current when a lithium ion secondary battery is being subjected to constant-voltage charging, and, if the charge current has increased by a predetermined amount in a predetermined time, terminates charging of the lithium ion secondary battery, and records in a storage unit with which the lithium ion secondary battery is provided control information based on the increase in charge current.
