Abstract:
Provided is a novel crystalline structure for improving characteristic improvement effects
of a vanadium oxide or the like as an electrode active material. The crystalline structure
of a layer-like crystalline material such as vanadium oxide is mixedly in an amorphous
state and a layer-like crystalline state at a prescribed ratio. In the layer-like
crystalline structure, since a layer-like crystalline particle having a layer
length (L1) of 30nm or less is formed, entry and coming out of ions into and from
between the layers are facilitated. When such material is used as a positive
electrode active material, a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery having excellent
service capacity and cycle characteristics can be configured.
