Abstract:
To provide a lithium ion secondary cell having improved cycle characteristics. The present invention pertains to a lithium ion secondary cell in which a negative electrode contains graphite and a silicon oxide having a composition represented by SiOx (where 0 < x ≤ 2), AG/AS lying in the range of 0.6 or less, where AG is the particle-number-average aspect ratio of the graphite, and AS is the particle-number-average aspect ratio of the silicon oxide.
