Abstract:
Provided is a configuration of a lithium ion secondary battery having excellent low-temperature cycle characteristics. The lithium ion secondary battery according to the present invention comprises a graphitic carbon material as a negative electrode, wherein the graphitic carbon material has d002 of 0.3354-0.3370 nm, Lc112 of 3.0-6.0 nm, I110/I004 of 0.30-0.67, which is the ratio of I110 to I004, and ID/IG of 0.05-0.30, which is the ratio of peak intensity ID to peak intensity IG in a Raman spectroscopy measurement, and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution contains an electrolytic solution additive represented by formula 1 or formula 2. (A is CAT+ or R1, B is CAT+ or R2, CAT+ is pyrrolidinium, piperidinium, etc., R1 and R2 are C1-8 alkyl groups, etc., Y is O, S, N, etc., X is -O-, -S-, -O-R3-, or -S-R3-, -R3- is a C1-5 alkylene group, etc., and ANI- is an anion.)
