Abstract:
The lithium-ion secondary cell according to the present invention is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The positive electrode contains a lithium-manganese composite oxide partially substituted with magnesium as a positive electrode active material. The negative electrode contains graphite covered with non-crystalline carbon as a negative electrode active material, a carbon-black-based conductive auxiliary, and a fluororesin-based binding agent.
