Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a lithium iron phosphate composite material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The lithium iron phosphate composite material comprises a core and a shell that covers the surface of the core, wherein the core is Li6MnO4, and the shell is carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate. The lithium iron phosphate composite material provided in the present disclosure uses Li6MnO4 as a positive electrode lithium supplementation material, and solves the problems of the loss of active lithium and the severe capacity depletion of a lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material during high-rate charging and discharging, such that the rate capability of the lithium iron phosphate material is improved, and the cycle life of a battery under high-rate conditions is prolonged.
