Embodiments of the present application provide a lithium secondary battery electrolyte, comprising a lithium salt, a non-aqueous organic solvent, and functional additives. The functional additives comprise the following components in mass percentage in the lithium secondary battery electrolyte: 3-12% of cyclotriphosphazene compound, 3-9% of fluorocarbonate, 2-6% of sulfur-containing ester compound, and 1-6% of nitrile compound. the lithium secondary battery electrolyte contains a variety of functional additives, and the amounts of addition of the additives are precisely controlled within the appropriate range, so that the additives give full play to the synergistic effect, and the electrochemical performance and the safety performance of the battery are effectively taken into account, so that the comprehensive performance of the battery is at an excellent level. The embodiments of the present application also provide a preparation method for the lithium secondary battery electrolyte, a lithium secondary battery and a terminal.
