Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide: a novel lithocholic acid derivative having vitamin D activity; and a pharmaceutical product, a vitamin D receptor activator and a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for vitamin D receptor-related diseases, each of which contains the lithocholic acid derivative. The present invention provides a lithocholic acid derivative which has a hydroxyalkyl group in the 3-position, a salt thereof or a prodrug thereof.
