Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug that is useful for improving liver function. A liver function improving agent containing, as an active ingredient, at least one selected from 4-(((6S,9S,9aS)-1-(benzylcarbamoyl)-2,9-dimethyl-4,7-dioxo-8-(quinoline-8-ylmethyl)octahydro-1H-pyrazino[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazine-6-yl)methyl)phenyldihydrogen phosphate, (6S,9S,9aS)-N-benzyl-6-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-2,9-dimethyl-4,7-dioxo-8-(quinoline-8-ylmethyl)octahydro-1H-pyrazino[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazine-1-carboxamide, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof is capable of improving liver function, especially impairments in liver glucose metabolic function, electron transfer function, and liver synthetic function observed during liver disease and the like.
