Abstract:
The liver tissue culturing device is provided with a culturing chamber to which at least two flow channels, which are at least for introducing and discharging the culture medium, are connected. A gel that serves as a cell scaffold is housed in said culturing chamber. A coculture system comprising endothelial cell line cells, liver cell line cells and mesenchymal cells is cocultured on the gel so as to form a tubular structure.
