Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a livestock transportation container (10) used when containing and transporting livestock, said container being characterized in that a copper layer (20) comprising copper or a copper alloy is disposed on at least one portion of an inner surface of a containment chamber (11) in which the livestock is contained. The copper layer (20) is preferably disposed so as to occupy an area of at least 10% of the total area of the inner surface of the containment chamber (11).
