Abstract:
Disclosed are an LLC transformer and a switch power supply. The LLC transformer comprises: a spool (100), the spool (100) being arranged in a manner of extending from left to right; an inner retaining wall (200) and lateral retaining walls (300), the lateral retaining walls (300) being arranged at two axial ends of the spool (100), the inner retaining wall (200) being arranged between the two lateral retaining walls (300), and the inner retaining wall (200) and the lateral retaining walls (300) dividing the spool (100) into at least two winding slots (400, 500); and a primary winding (600) and a secondary winding (700), the primary winding (600) and the secondary winding (700) being respectively arranged in the two winding slots (400, 500), and one of the primary winding (600) and secondary winding (700) being wound until same crosses the inner retaining wall (200) and then being wound on the periphery of the other one of the primary winding (600) and secondary winding (700) in an overlapping manner. By winding the primary winding (600) and the secondary winding (700) in an overlapping manner, coupling between the primary winding (600) and the secondary winding (700) is increased, thereby realizing adjustable leakage inductance of the LLC transformer.
