Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a load balancing method and a device thereof. The method can comprise the following steps: a load balancing node receiving a first service request packet from a service requesting end, wherein a first service request comprises address information of the service requesting end, address information of a load balancing instance to be processed, and a MAC address of the load balancing node; determining a service member to be processed according to the address information of the load balancing instance to be processed, wherein the service member to be processed is used to process the first service request packet; and modifying the MAC address of the load balancing node in the first service request packet to a MAC address of the service member to be processed, so as to acquire a second service request packet, and sending the second service request packet to a computing node to which the member to be processed belongs. The embodiments of the present application ensure correct forwarding of a service request packet, and achieve transparent transmission of source address information without affecting performance.
