Abstract:

A load-bearing and aerated block-based prefabricated wall panel and floor panel. The wall panel is a panel prefabricated before existing wall building construction. The wall panel consists of inner and outer concrete panels (1, 3) and an aerated block-based core layer (2); an outer reinforcing mesh (1-1) is disposed inside the outer concrete panel (1); an inner reinforcing mesh (3-1) is disposed inside the inner concrete panel (3); connecting reinforcing bars (4) are welded or hooked between the inner and outer reinforcing meshes (1-1, 3-1); the connecting reinforcing bars (4) penetrate through the aerated block-based core layer (2); steel pipe mounting holes (6) which penetrate through upper and lower surfaces of the aerated block-based core layer are formed on the aerated block-based core layer (2); supporting steel pipes (7) penetrate into the steel pipe mounting holes (6); concrete penetration holes which penetrate through inner and outer walls of the steel pipes and positioning parts which are used for fixing the supporting steel pipes into the steel pipe mounting holes are provided on the supporting steel pipes (7); poured concrete is condensed inside and outside the pipe holes of the supporting steel pipes. The wall panel and the floor panel are specially used for the secure, rapid and firm mounting of a lightweight, self-insulation and load-bearing aerated block-based wall panel and floor panel.
