Abstract:
This load distribution sensor sheet 1 comprises: a dielectric layer 2 having elasticity; a plurality of first wirings 5 arranged at intervals on one surface 2a side thereof; a plurality of second wirings 6 arranged at intervals on the other surface side 2b thereof and creating a plurality of intersections P with the plurality of first wirings 5 when viewed in the planar view; a plurality of first electrodes 7 that connect to the first wirings 5 and are provided at intervals at the intersections P; and a plurality of second electrodes that connect to the second wirings 6 and are provided at intervals at the intersections P. The first wirings and/or the second wirings are formed using conductive fibers. The width of the first wirings is smaller than the width of the first electrodes and the width of the second wirings is smaller than the width of the second electrodes.
