Abstract:
A load-energy efficiency evaluation and monitoring method for achieving energy conservation and emission reduction of numerical control machine tool. The method comprises: acquiring an actual number and a theoretical number of parts machined by a numerical control machine tool within an evaluation period, and calculating to obtain a load rate of the numerical control machine tool; acquiring a time wastage value and a machine tool standby power of the numerical control machine tool, and calculating to obtain a machine tool energy wastage value; calculating to obtain the actual energy consumption of machining a single part, and calculating to obtain load-energy efficiency of the numerical control machine tool with reference to an ideal energy consumption of machining a single part; constructing a model of the relationship between the load-energy efficiency and load rate of the numerical control machine tool on the basis of an acquired model of the load rate of the numerical control machine tool and an acquired model of the load-energy efficiency of the numerical control machine tool; and performing monitoring and overage warning with respect to load-energy efficiency of the numerical control machine tool on the basis of the evaluation model. The method controls load-energy efficiency to fall within a required range.
