Abstract:
A load-sensing valve for non-linear distribution of braking forces of front and rear brakes of a vehicle comprises: a valve body (1); a pair of valve chambers (2) disposed inside the valve body (1); and a load-sensing device (3) disposed at an upper end of the valve body (1). The valve chamber (2) comprises a front pressure adjustment chamber (4) and a rear pressure adjustment chamber (5) respectively disposed at two ends thereof. A pressure adjustment chamber piston (6), a pressure adjustment component, a linear spring (7) and a piston (8) are sequentially disposed between the front pressure adjustment chamber (4) and the rear pressure adjustment chamber (5). The load-sensing device (3) is connected with the pressure adjustment component. The load-sensing valve can realize non-linear distribution of braking forces of front and rear brakes of an automobile, thereby improving braking performance of the automobile.
