Abstract:
A load sensing valve characterized in that a first sleeve (22) and a second sleeve (23) are inserted into a port (21) of a housing (20), that a first spool (24) is inserted into said first sleeve (22) for establishing and/or shutting off communications between an entrance port (26), an exit port (27) and a tank port (28), that a second pressure receiving section (52) is formed at one end of said first spool (24) for pushing said first spool (24) in a direction in which said exit port (27) and said tank port (28) are made to communicate with each other, that a second spool (25) which comprises a large diameter section and a small diameter section and is brought into abutment with the other end of said first spool (24) at one end thereof is inserted into said second sleeve (23), that a first pressure receiving section (51) and an auxiliary pressure receiving section (10) are formed at the other end of said second spool (25) and in a stepped portion thereof, respectively, for pushing said first spool (24) in a direction in which said entrance port (26) and said exit port (27) are made to communicate with each other, and that an engaging raised portion (30) and an engaging recessed portion (40) are formed for coming into and/or out of engagement with said first sleeve (22) and said second sleeve (23). With this arrangement, since the second sleeve (23) and first sleeve (22) can be connected to each other after the second spool (25) having a stepped configuration has been inserted into the second sleeve (23), the first and second sleeves (22, 23) can simultaneously be inserted into the port (21) of the housing (20) so as to improve the work efficiency for assembly, and moreover since the first and second sleeves (22, 23) can simultaneously be pulled out, it is possible to improve the work efficiency for disassembly.
