Abstract:
This load sensor (1) comprises: a first base member (11); a second base member (12) covering at least a first region (R1) of the first base member (11); a plurality of conductor lines (31) disposed so as to straddle the first region (R1) of the first base member (11) and a second region (R2) adjacent to the first region (R1); a plurality of conductive elastic bodies (13) disposed on at least one side among facing surface of the first base member (11) and the second base member (12), and respectively intersecting the plurality of conductor lines (31); a dielectric disposed between the conductor lines (31) and the conductive elastic bodies (13); a substrate (20) installed on the first base member (11) in the second region (R2) and having electrodes (26) to which the plurality of conductor lines (31) are fixed by solder (40); and a structure (groove (25)) for placing, in substantially the same plane, first portions (P1), of the plurality of conductor lines (31), contained in the first region (R1), and second portions (P2), of the plurality of conductor lines, extending from the first portion (P1) to the second region (R2).
