Abstract:
A load-spectrum-based test method, apparatus and device, and a medium, which relate to the technical field of electromechanical servo system testing. The method is applied to a missile-borne electromechanical servo system. The method comprises: acquiring a flight working-condition load spectrum and an environmental stress spectrum, wherein the flight working-condition load spectrum includes a moment curve and a location curve, which respectively correspond to a moment parameter and a location parameter, so as to implement testing of a plurality of parameters within all service times during one test process, and the environmental stress spectrum at least comprises one of a temperature curve, an air-pressure curve and a humidity curve, which respectively correspond to a temperature parameter, an air-pressure parameter and a humidity parameter; performing feature extraction according to a location feature and a moment feature to obtain the location curve and the moment curve; and respectively fitting the environmental stress spectrum with the location curve and the moment curve to obtain a fitted location curve and a fitted moment curve, and testing same. In this way, a missile-borne electromechanical servo system is in real working conditions during testing, thereby improving the test coverage and the test efficiency.
