Abstract:
A load switching system uses a PLC controller as a control core and divides system loads into different classifications, including a first classification load, a second classification load…, and an n-th classification load; each classification load is connected to a power grid by means of a general relay and comprises a plurality of loads. By setting the priority of the loads, adopting a classification power supply mode and using the PLC controller to acquire the load startup status in real time, the PLC controller records the working status of each relay and controls the each relay; and after high-priority loads are started, a reasonable pushing mechanism is implemented on low-priority loads to achieve the optimal power allocation of the system. The load switching system can realize classification control on the power supply loads of the power grid; furthermore, each load has an admission and withdrawal mechanism and automatic optimization switching among loads is achieved.
