Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a load testing device capable of performing a load test with a simple control. [Solution] A load testing device comprises six resistance units, six cooling fans, insulators provided between resistance units and cooling fans, and connecting cables. Each resistance unit is a plurality of resistor groups arranged in layers in the z-direction, and each resistor group is a plurality of rod-shaped resistors that are parallel in the x-direction and connected in series in the y-direction with a prescribed interval therebetween. Each cooling fan is provided in a location facing a resistance unit in the z-direction. The connecting cable is used for detachably connecting, in series, resistor groups that are adjacent in the y-direction, wherein the resistor groups are of two resistance units that are adjacent in the y-direction with a second distance interval therebetween. The insulators have a size corresponding to the rated voltage of the power source to be tested when power source load testing is performed using a resistance unit group for which the resistors of two resistance units, which are adjacent with a second distance interval in the y-direction therebetween, are connected in series.
