Abstract:
Provided is a load testing device capable of performing a load test without stopping a cooling fan and the like and without having an auxiliary power supply prepared. A load testing device 1 comprises: a resistance section 20; a cooling fan 10 for cooling the resistance section 20; a breaker 50; a first terminal section 55a to be connected to a test object power supply; and a charging and discharging section 40 having a charger 43 and a first power storage device 45a. The charging and discharging section 40 is connected to a test object power supply cable c1, located between the first terminal section 55a and the resistance section 20, at a point between the first terminal section 55a and the breaker 50. The first power storage device 45a stores electric power supplied from the test object power supply. The cooling fan 10 is driven at least on the basis of electric power from the charging and discharging section 40.
