Abstract:
Provided is a loading machine provided to a tire testing machine having a testing station (30) provided with a spindle (31) to which a tire (50) to be tested is mounted, and the loading machine loads the tire (50) from a predetermined standby position into the testing station (30) to a testing position at which the spindle and the center of the tire (50) coincide. The loading device is provided with: conveyors (1, 2) for conveying the tire (50) from the standby position toward the testing position in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the axis of the tire; and positioning devices (6B, 20) for positioning the tire before being tested, the positioning devices (6B, 20) positioning the tire at a position which serves as the standby position and at which the front end of the tire in the loading direction coincides with a point separated a predetermined distance from the spindle. Setting the standby position with reference to the position of the front end of the tire (50) in the loading direction reduces the distance and time of the loading to reduce the cycle time of testing.
