Disclosed is a loading guide system wherein a load-up machine (202) notifies a transportation machine (201) of the quantity of cargo to be loaded and the position to be loaded. Specifically disclosed is a loading guide system which is provided with: loading state detection means (5, 6) which detect the quantity (p) of the cargo loaded on the transportation machine and the loaded position (x); a loading standard information storage means (7) which stores loading standard information relating to the loading state of the transportation machine; a load-up performance information storage means (11) which stores load-up performance information relating to the load-up ability of the load-up machine; a next operation calculation means (10) which calculates the quantity of the cargo to be loaded next and the position to be loaded next relating to the cargo to be loaded up by the next operation of the load-up machine, on the basis of the quantity of the loaded cargo, the loaded position, the loading standard information, and the load-up performance information; and a display device (12) which notifies the operator of the load-up machine about the quantity of the cargo to be loaded next and the position to be loaded next. This enables the load-up machine to efficiently load up the transportation machine with the cargo.
