Abstract:
A workpiece is transported from a first fixed point to a second fixed point in a chucked state by a transport means. The phase of a workpiece being transported by the transport means is detected by a detection means. The workpiece transported to the second fixed point by the transport means is seated in a seating means. The seating phase of the workpiece in the seating means is adjusted, by an adjustment means, to the phase of the workpiece detected by the detection means.
