Abstract:
Disclosed are a receiving station (2), an automatic guided vehicle (1), a pallet (3) for use therewith, a conveying system (500), and a method (800) for conveyance control. The receiving station (2) comprises a carriage (22) adapted to hook the pallet (3). The receiving station (2) further comprises a linear drive equipment (23) operable to move the carriage (22) in a first direction (D1) away from the automatic guided vehicle (1) to load the pallet (3) from the automatic guided vehicle (1) or move the carriage (22) in a second direction (D2) opposite to the first direction (D1) towards the automatic guided vehicle (1) to unload the pallet (3) onto the automatic guided vehicle (1), wherein the automatic guided vehicle (1) stops near the receiving station (2), and wherein the carriage (22) hooks the pallet (3) during the movement of the carriage (22) such that the pallet (3) is moved along with the carriage (22).
